The Shark & Ray and Penguin Encounters offer options for those with accessibility needs. Service animals may not be present behind-the-scenes or in habitats. In order for our guests with service animals to enjoy this experience to the fullest, Aquarium staff members will be available to hold, walk, or kennel the service animals. Another Aquarium staff member will accompany the guest through the animal encounter. For more information, please review our service animal policy.
